Help on catching seabass

What rig and bait is good for seabass? I had occasionally caught a few seabass while fluking using squid last year.
Haven't see a sign of seabass this year:(

Depending on the spot, a spro bucktail with a light spro teaser all tipped with gulp/squid can be deadly

A high/low double hook rig with salted clam strips works well too
