9-4-14 Another solid day of fluking today,,,,flat calm again,,summerlike conditions with beautiful clean water and tons of life on the bottom...Started off with nice fluke coming to the net again,,,7lb.fish was one of the first to hit the deck...Daryll took that fish,,he is in a picture below....He ended up with four nice fish for the day,,,High hooks did have a limit of keeper fluke,,,some had four,,three,,,two etc...But we did have some guys not land keepers today,,,some only had shorts or maybe some nice sea bass....I noticed that the guys again today that were casting the jigs around did best again with keepers,,,Very light drift early in the day did not help those dragging bait...Loads of 17 inch fish,,,17 and a half inch fish,,,at times when the drift was good we had fish on the whole drift coming up somewhere..We had again some nice fish to,,Gilbert had the pool winner at 8lbs.3oz...he also had another about 6lbs...two other keepers and a couple of real nice sea bass..Some other nice fish in the 3-6lbs.range but not as many quality fish as yesterday...Still overall a pretty decent catch,,,tons of bites like I said earlier,,,Again we had as well today a couple hammerhead sharks swimming around and some Mahi-Mahi around the boat..The ocean is really alive,,,,awesome day..Look forward to tomorrow already!!Pic....See ya for coffee....
