Not a bad day to be on the water and not a bad day of fluke fishing. Our drift was decent of .8 -.9 kts. We had a small roll to start, then the ocean flattened. We had shorts and keeper fluke coming over the rail with a mix of sea bass, as I mentioned before not a bad day. Ed Gola had his four keepers plus he won the $$$ poll with a nice 6 lb. 6 oz . Joe Witter again, took home another four keeper flatties for his freezer. Andrea W. from New Egypt N.J., pulled aboard a nice 5 lb. 4 oz fluke. Overall, some of the group went home with a couple of keepers and some had short flatties only. The bucktailers had most of the action today. We leave daily at 7:30 am.
