What's a good tog boat that has heated handrails for winter fishing? Preferably out of highlands area but I am willing to drive further south to Point Pleasant or Belmar.

I caught this pool winner last week on the Paramount in short sleeves no need for the heated handrail.

Buy a set of disposable hand warmers, put em' in your pockets, then hop on the Mimi in Point Pleasant or Ocean Explorer in Belmar:D

You can go right now to the Barnegat Inlet and fish off the rocks for triggerfish and blackfish.
