Where is the best bait shop to get a good quantity of fresh Mackerel

fresh mackerel may be hard to come by in a tackle shop, often times asian markets have some that are fairly fresh.

Check w/ the Belford Co-op. I believe they have boats coming in that made a multi-day trip to New England. If mackerel are offered for humans, they should be fresh enough for bait.
