Put out a call on the board late last night lookin for some company to fish with. Riverbass and Cuban responded and a plan was hatched. Met this am and off we went. Started in the back and worked our way out. Before I knew it, it was 11 am and we had no fish on the boat. Decided to get out of the bay and make a run for the rocks. Finally found some fish in the deep. Not a steller day by any means, but the company made up for it. Sorry we didn't do better guys.
We fished til four and had three nice fish a couple of fives and a four. I dropped a very nice fish trying to be a hero and swing it in. At the same time Kevin tried to flip a nice one and lost his as well! Hint: fish are too scarce to flip in:eek:!
Had a good time, wish the fishin was better! I gotta learn to stop running around so much and wait out the bite.
Try again on Saturday maybe. Then RFA ON SUNDAY

You should have stayed in the bay as a good bite developed according to my son who's a mate on a NS party boat.

That's exactly what we did on the New York side of the bay yesterday. You would swear there weren't any fish in one spot but soon as the tide turned it was fantastic fishing. Go figure.
