The bass are back! The chunk bite as well as live lining has been good.20lb average with a few 30lb fish.These are Hudson bass and this happens every July. Last licks for bass is now.

Had a guy ask me were I caught them.My reply-caught everyone in the corner of the mouth lol:eek:

Realy? Lol usually i catch them over there(point aimlessly)

They were with the blues up in the channels, at least last week they were. A few were caught and you could see a few rolling on top.

Interesting. There migration always amazed me.
I am reading a book now called On The Run which is about an angler who chases the bass as they migrate from Maine down south. Good reading.
