Saturday morning we left the dock and headed southeast to hit the hard bottom where we were the day before. Much slower fishing than the previous day. Continued to work the area throughout the day and made one more stop on the way home. Wound up with 15 keepers and half a dozen ling for the day. Biggest fish was 5.6 lbs.
Sunday morning we knew we had to change strategies. Stayed local and worked almost every piece of bottom we could think of. Had a slow pick all day, but we were only looking for one fish. Wound up with 8 keepers today, but all quality fish with our two biggest weighing in at 8.2 and 8.6 lbs which was good enough to land the crew in 4th place.
