We had a larger group aboard fishing today and enjoying the good weather. It was comfortable on the water. Our morning drifts produced some nice quality fluke and we cannot forget the action we had from the short flatties all around the boat. We had a good drift in the morning then we lost it for a while with the wind against the tide. We still had some keeper fluke come over the rail. The best bite came late in the afternoon, we fished a little longer for the group. Chris Zotti of Westfield N.J. took home the $$$ pool with his 4 lb. 11 oz. fluke with two other keepers , he also caught over 35 short flatties We lost a jumbo fluke about 8-9 lbs. the fluke spit the hook near the boat. We also had some sea bass come over the rail. Some of the group had 2-3 keepers and other 1-2 keepers. Join us in the morning we leave at 7:30 am. WE provide the bait and have rod rentals.

Don't forget our Fluke Marathon every Tuesday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, no reservations required
