FINALLY got the boat down to the water on Saturday's high tide.
I printed the wrap on Thursday night....installed it thanks to my buddy Walter on friday and was in the water on Saturday! Looks so much better than the dull blue gelcoat that exists underneath it.

That's freakin awesome, do you do the wraps and stuff, wouldn't mind a quote for a 20' hydrasport cc, more off though the cowling top for a 97 Johnson if that's even possible to do...

Yup...its what I do for a living =)
I had fun doing this again...lost the 'cat in Sandy and my daughter was bugging me why her name wasn't on the boat yet!

bill how does the artwork part of the wrap work? Like u would need a picture or some actual artwork in a certain file? I have a newer boat Im repainting in the fall to look like a 2014 (aluminum boat) and there is this mad fish graphic and brand name I need made up. Id rather give the business to a NJF'er than a stranger........thanks

We could definitely design something up for ya. I thought about making mine look like wood planking at one point....lol. Just need to throw out some ideas and see what we can come up with. Its definitely a creative process.

How much does a wrap run , i like the wrapping , how does it hold up the the elements , do u need to wax over it ??

A full wrap runs a couple thousand dollars...no joke. Mine would probably go for 3-3500....no joke. 32ft boat...64+ ft of material and printing to install.

It holds up really well actually. Once sealed around the edges and all... Soft brush it all the time...NO power washing at all.

I saw your boat last week and thought, what an awesome paint job. After reading this post, I realized that you owned the cat that I admired so much every time I looked at it. I then looked.through my pics on my phone and came up with this. I wanted to share it, hopefully not to upset you, but to show others how you replicated the old graphics and the tradgic loss.

HAHAHA.....thats a memory for sure! Hey, overall its a TOY and I paid for insurance for it. Replaceable...and a much nicer toy this time around I have to say. No worries on bringing that image up.
Funny but the before and after NOAA satellite image shows it in Keyport upside down as well.
This boat I went more for the color and all and didnt put my company logo onto the hull. I like it much better this way.

I am happy that are better off now. I fortunately brought my boat home.days before the storm, but was so hear broken seeing carnage of your boat and others. I'll introduce myself if I see you at the dock.

Hey Capt Bill

Were you out Saturday? West bound in the PM around TC buoy?

Was off in the Sea Tow boat in Chapel Hill and thought I saw your great work?
