Had the pleasure of being invited for my first time abord the golden touch.. Was great to meet some new friends including Larry aka seabass slayer, mr. Johhy, the iron chef, and a new gal I never met and sorry but don't rember the name..Got down at the dock around 445, we left around 5.. Saw the new jamica 2 coming in from Florida as capt john said. Nice boat!! Well we ran south made bait and set up on the drift for a good pick of jumbo bass... It was a little tough fishing as there really wasn't a reel bite but captain john patience really really paid off today.. He set us up with 8 of these monsters, biggest going 40lbs!! So for a tough day we did pretty darn good.. We then ran up to te north in search of da seabass.. Set up on three pieces and game on with doubles coming over the rails..great end of day. Think we had around 60 seabass keepers and the 8 or 9 jumbo bass.. Today was a marathon as we left at 5 and docked at 345. Can't say that he didn't giv the time today! Special thanks to Johnny q as the golden touch breakfast was awesome and the Chinese lunch was great too. Plenty of meat to go around.....
