Sandy hook fluke wipeout

Angler opening day I had 3 fluke to 4 pounds. Monday 2 shorts early then not a bite the rest of the day(except sea robins). With 7 party boats and 100's of private boats hitting the area between officers row and the ammo pier to a little arround the hook every square foot of that area is gone over and over.Have to wait for more fluke to come in and spread out to a larger area.
