It was slow fishing for us today on board were anglers with the hector carrabllo party. The skies were cloudy for most of the trip with a little chop on the water. Once on the grounds mike landed his first ever striper a nice 35 inch 16 lbs bass, stan was next with a nice keeper as well. Some of the anglers brought some buck tails so we changed it up abit and decided to try for some fluke. It didn't take hector long before he hooked into and landed the first keeper fluke for us this season a nice flattie at 18.5 inches. Several short fluke were also caught and released. Inspite of the slow bite the anglers fished hard and had a great time.:)
