Yesterday was also a good day... 5/17/14... Bronze all over

Hit it up with GetANet again yesterday... Same deal as last week. On the water by 645 am--a bit earlier than last. Scooped some herring on the way. More than last week... just in case. Headed to the same area that we fished last wknd and it did not disappoint. Less variety but some bronze toads were served all around. We had over a dozen nice smallies up to 19+ inches. We kinda went back and forth all day. I'd get lots of action, then he'd get lots of action, etc etc. We also had some largies and a pickerel pay a visit. Ran out of bait by noon... WTF!!! So we dock, he jumps in the truck and floors it for more bait! back at it 35-40 mins later. Put a few more fish in the boat... and I lost 2 realllllly nice fish at the end of the day. They werent inhaling the baits.... just kinda lippin them and I guess I didnt get a good hookset. One came up after fighting her about 10 secs and she was easily the largest SMB I've ever danced with... But she left me mid-dance : ( wahhhh... lol. Regardless, we had a kick ass day... No trout this time. We didnt spend too much time trying for them. We couldn't fight the urge to go BRONZE!!! Biggest was 19.25" and 4.5-4.6 lbs... The scale was teetering... I wont submit it to the SMB contest b/c my pics came out sh*tty on my gopro. I apparently have a scuff on the housing lens... it caused some distortion. That's getting cleaned up this week... Here's some fish porn. Catch em' up!

Yea, def a few good trips the last couple times out. Last week we had bait leftover and this week we went through them by noon--and we had more pieces than last week!

Yes it was another good day! Didn't start out too good for me. Jeremy was kickin mine pretty good but I stayed in the game and battled back strong!
I'm glad any time we're catching fish in my boat whether it's me or who ever is with me as I am an excellent Netter as well as angler!
Wish we would get a day with no freakin wind! They'd be kickin us off the lake for catching too many fish!!!
ALL our fish are CPR'd anyway. Wasn't too happy with the quality of the bait this weekend but what are ya gonna do.
Ribs were hurting after that trip from all the laughing and my complaining all day in jest!

I know for a fact He's rubbin some magic lotion on those baits!!!!
