This morning we had out the Neil Meador charter. Was able to get our bait in a few throws and went to where we had some fish yesterday morning. Put it on the drift and had a bunch of misses. Dropped the anchor, and had immediate action. Took the guys till about 725 to get their limit of 8. Called it a day at 1030 when the bite died. Totaled 17 keepers to around 23 lbs and a bunch of blues,
This afternoon we had out Ken, Tom, Cole, Tim, Pete and Steve. Went right to where we had them in the morning. Had a quick shot as a few keepers and then the blues got so bad we had to leave. Next stop was the same story, a few keepers then the bluefish took over. One last stop saw a few blues and then the bass turned on for the last of the tide. We were able to box the boat up in about 30 minutes before heading in for the evening. Total for the afternoon was 14 keepers to 21 lbs.
