Well we started out the day trying to make bait we got a couple pieces but it wasn't as easy as we'd hoped for. We set up on the chunk and caught our first fluke (large mouth flounder :D ) of the year - he was around 7 lbs and we dutifully released him and then we waited. The bass weren't interested in our offerings so we picked up and put out the plugs. We picked at the bass had a bunch of bunch of swings and misses, dropped fish and our share of committed fish that did what they're supposed to do but we would also read piles and piles of fish that just wouldn't eat. When they decide to put the feed bag on this is going to be ridiculous. Hopefully tomorrow!! We will be sailing open thru the week with openings tomorrow morning, Friday AM, Saturday PM and Sunday AM. Call captain Ray for details and reservations.
