Made it out with dirty c man and his step son for a day in the wind. Stopped at Atlantic bait and tackle for Pete's magic clams. Then Off to the fishing grounds.
Wind was blowin pretty good and the tiny ship was tossed:) but we anchored up and had some life on the clams. I had the first keeper at 30 inches. Doug had the next fish at 28 inches. Doug then hooks another and I say "give it to the kid, he never caught a striper!" Doug looks at me and shouts "NO":eek: I said come on, I couldn't get Doug to let the kid reel it in. Doug then said I'll give him the next one! Kiss of death! I said, what if that's your last one of the day! Sure as shit:D he didn't catch another for the rest of the day:p!
Shrimpy to the rescue! I hook the next one and QUICKLY give it to the kid. Kenny finally got to land his first striper! I ended the day with one keeper and six shorts. The kid got his first, and karma got the CMAN in the end.
