weekend wrapup

After a killer week decided to hang out and do some local freshwater sat am did good with some panfish of all types with some jumbo white perch mixed in and a trout or two while jigman put a hurting on the trout only feet away! Today meet up with bunka bologna and man oh man was it terrible conditions my normal spots were raging rivers compared to usual extreemly high and fast dirty water this rain sure did come down and continues to do so...all that was caught was 2 little dink crappie can't wait to get back to normal! But over all a good weekend to at least get out for a while

Although I didn't catch, it wasn't a total waste. It was nice to meet you and I had a good time just exchanging some fish stories and taking in all the advice you were giving me. Im sure when this water cleans up I'll start catching! Btw, I picked up a rod on the way home along with some of the stuff you were showing me. Thanks again for inviting me

What a difference a day makes, right? My buddy sent me pics of the Rahway river at it was up over the dam in the back of Rahway park. Pretty wild...

Good catchin up with you dude. We'll get back at it once the levels drop. Hoping for some stripes soon, too!
