Orlando / cape canaveral and Travel rod

Hi everyone, taken the kids to Disney and looking to get a day or two fishing there. any head boat recommendations? I'm also looking to bring a rod and reel with me. I have an old rod I'm thinking to get it cut to 3 pc and put in a carry-on bag. any suggestions where I can get that rod cut and fitted?
or if anyone knows where to buy a conventional travel rod? Thanks

Been on miss cape Canaveral several times. They have a nice night shark trip. It's like a night blue fish trip. A lot of fun and they throw in dinner

taking an existing built rod and then trying to turn it into a 3 piece travel rod would not be the the way to go as you are going to get an inferior product. You are going to be better off having a custom builder build you a new rod from a specific blank or buy an existing travel rod that was built for that application originally.
