Party boat angler friday report

It was nice to get out today and we had a good crew on board. The water cooled off to 39' which is getting on the cold side. For most of the morning the port side did best except for Archie Stewart from Nutley who had his limit in short order in the Starboard stern. On the third and fourth drop the bow was best and on the last spot we had very good life with plenty of bergalls, short tog and Howie even had 3 pollock. Andie (charter boat Pioneer) took the poll with a nice cod. His Girl Evelyn managed 3 tog and some nice ling,combined they had a nice mess of fish. JD was back after taking Mondays pool and had 3 keepers today. If you got lucky and paid attention to which bait was best you ended up with a few fish. It is not good fishing but I have a feeling the fishing is going to go down hill after Monday.
