NY has changed their system you have to register as new.

The good news is that I followed the new registration process and it identified me from last year with the old license number. The bad news is that as of last week, you couldn't renew an old license. I had to call the main number and they quickly renewed me over the phone. Don't waste time if you cannot find the renew button. Just pick up the phone... :cool:
