Jupiter Fishing

I spent some time after my boat had been put to bed, down in Florida fishing with Captain Jim Barton of Country Club Drift fishing in Jupiter. The bottom fishing was great with Mutton Snappers, Yellow tail Snapper and Cobia jumping on the baits. New Year's morning was spent introducing myself to the local bass population. I couldn't believe the price of cobia in the supermarket, $14/lb at Publix. At that price I'm going to get serious about this fishing stuff and open a restaurant ! :)

If you open a restaurant then you will almost for sure be broke. Stick to fishing its much better and more rewarding. Trust me!! Chef

But I like eating so much !!!!!:D Trust me I know, you need to have your head examined before you go into the food industry! But the boating industry is much the same, the old joke is How do you make a million dollars fishing ? Invest two million !
