I'm sitting here reading all the anger over the regs. Guys I see this every year and nothing gets done. I 25years i wrote a fishing column for six newspapers and 30 yrs ago i started hammering the powers that be. Sorry to say these guys that lay down the fishing quotas are clueless and i warned way back then we had to stop them in their tracks. Once they get their foot in the door ,its over. Wrote for weeks we had to unify and make a lot of noise.Unfortunately thats all there was ,NOISE. All the tough guys at the dock would scream and yell about ,we need to take action. So we all show up at the next meeting and all these big mouths become mutes. Got tired of standing up and trying to fight the good fight. Gents,i dont have the answers but one thing is for sure,there is power in numbers. I know there is someone out there wiser than me and im counting on him to come forward with a plan.
