Heading out Sunday on a friends boat in search for the striped ones. Haven't been out in awhile. Was wondering if it'd be better to launch out of the highlands or launch out of belmar. Going to head out around day break. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Belmar - south to Asbury, East till you hit the birds, Remember to leave the bass their.....likely wont be within 3 miles
