Headed out this morning with the Jim Costigan charter. Started out with good bird life and fish splashing all over, but unfortunately it was all shorts. Made a bunch of moves on different batches of fish but could not find the keepers today. We wound up jigging around 35 shorts for the morning. Headed to the tog grounds and had a stay bite all morning. The guys wound up 2 fish short of their limit, with 22 fish to 8 lbs making the box.
