I caught, tagged and released a 16" fluke in Manasquan Inlet yesterday evening with an AVA A17. The ocean was black from dredging. Kudos to you on the tag. The black water is from dredging west of Dog Beach and I believe the spoil material is being put on Gull Island, there are bull dozers and a crane working up there. I hope they raise that island another 10 feet, it protects my marina from north and northeast wind. :)
