Fishermen/Mon. nite stripers

We were due, thats what i got to say about last nites fishing. From 7;10 to 8;45 my 2 crew and I did not put down a net except to go up for another drift. The fishing was top notch with Harry from the highway with highhook of 6 and also winning the pool. Sal and June had 4 each and 87 year old Gene had 3 and many others with there limits plus a few guys with none. This fishing should hold up barring any major blizzards or severe drops in water temps or anything else that could be thrown at us. With this type of fishing you have to have drifting conditions and if you don,t, you rarely catch fish. Last nite they bit for an hour and a half and then an odd fish with lots of dogs because we lost the current. I have been listening to the weather for tonite and have not made up my mind if we will be sailing tonite, sounds windy, so call for info if you plan on coming down.Remember, there are plenty of good nites of fishing ahead, so pick a nice nite.
