Seabass closes in fedeal waters Nov 9?

Was reading the Montauk Mid-November thread, where there was a website given that contained the following: "But some bad news from the Feds. Seabass closes in federal waters Nov 9. This is especially painful because it won’t be long before the only seabass will be in those waters"

I do not think the Montauk Capt has his facts straight.

NOAA has no Black Sea Bass Bulletins as of today that would indicate a closure.
