I just got off the phone with Capt. Ron and he said fishing is tough today as of now and northern boats are going south and southern boats going north and not much catching going on for anybody. Yesterday was another story with the bass being caught in our backyard. He also said its the wind is blowing pretty good and I listened to the Sandy Hook to Fire Island report and for tonite its 15-20 with gusts to 25 and I have incoming tide all nite so it means we will have no drift and we will be rolling our chinchillas off so we are not going to sail on tonites trip. I used to fish in this weather I think i,m getting smarter. No your right i,m not. Anyway, there are plenty of nice nites a coming. For info 908-930-2335.

Danny your making the right call I was out today & at times was fishing near the Fisherman on a private boat. We got beat up pretty good after turning the hook on the way home. I got 3 small Bluefish for our efforts it was not comfortable at all out there. I only wish I was thinking like you are right now. I'm all bruised up right now & need a good pain reliever.
