Blitz Video + Reef Report 10-5

Headed out Saturday morning straight to the reef with my buddy nick. Good action all day with some bigger sea bass around. We were able to get 3 nice keeper seabass along with a ton of porgies. We threw plenty of keeper porgies back. Made a couple of moves for blackfish being we had green crabs. Kept striking out on the blackfish only catching one short for the day. The boat next to me was bailing very nice blackfish all day im guessing they were on a good piece. We decided to head back towards the ramp and run the beach looking for any bird action to jig up some blues. Found the first blitz with very small snapper blues under them. The snappers were fun but def not what we were looking for. Looked a little further down the beach and I could see water splashing everywhere. Headed that way and got into an epic blitz with some bigger size bluefish. These fish were engorging themselves with spearing and spitting them up all over. We were able to get a video of some of the action. Video is a little shaky due to the fact we were both fighting fish.
