We were out Sat. nite and Sun. afternoon and had very good fishing on Sun. trip and fishing was terrible on Sat. nites trip. The weather was beautiful last nite and the wind blew hard and the tide ran even harder on Sat. nite and we caught next to nothing . I went to where we finished up on Sat, nites trip yesterday and I never had to move the boat. There were full to half full pails around the boat. We will finish up bottom fishing this week coming on next Sun. on our afternoon trip and after that starting next Mon. nite it will be every nite striper fishing. By the way the wind for tonite is n.w. 20-30 and that will not be any good for our type of fishing. The currents have been running hard the last couple of days due to the upcoming moon and we would never hold bottom plus with the wind on top of that forget it.
