Snappers?

Anyone who a good easy access snapper spot in the Rumson/Sea Bright area? My dad has fished the Navesink regularly with snatchers and isn't even getting bites. Not at the Oceanic, Rumson-SeaBright Bridge or FH Pier. Thinking about trying the Sea Bright surf with him if the wind calms down, hopefully some are there.
