Decided late last night to take advantage of this crazy blue fish bite, that's right, I love blue fishing. Called reel nauti and reserved my giant cooler with ice and warned him of my coming Arrival.
Got to the boat to find Brandon from Cleveland. I thought I had a long drive:eek:, anyway, left with a very light crowd (thank you capt) and off we went.
After a nice steam to the grounds we anchored up, thru the jigs and........nothing! Capt Jim made a wiggle and it was game on! XL model blues started taking the baits. Shouts of 'one on, two on' and so on started to ring out at a frenzied pace, good move captain:D! This went on all morning. I caught my limit, plus and had very sore arms by 12:00! Brandon from the mistake on the lake (Cleveland):p won the pool. He can spend it Monday on coffee for his ride home:cool:
As far as reel nauti (billy) and Doug, what can I say. Some of the best in the business! Thanks for a super day of demon fishing.
For those of you who looked at the weather and stayed home, when will you learn? It was a beautiful day on the water! Get out and fish!
