Good fishing today, tons of bites, throwbacks, keepers,5,6 pounders and a new monthly fish weighing in at 9 lb 14 oz - caught by Bill Cochran Rosylan, Pa.
Fished some obscure southern snags a few had hefties on them other places smaller fish but overall good September Flukin' in 60-70 ft.

New monthly fish was caught on a rental rod, boat rig and bait. Ha-ha, yup it happens. More than likely gonna be a couple of 10+ pounders caught before this season ends. Don't forget monthly winner gets one free year -UNLIMITED TRIPS - of fishing on the Jamaica II. That includes Fluke, Seabass, Offshore, 14 Hr, Cod trips, all the trips we make over a 12 month period. Second pic is fisherman extraordinaire Frank Pogue wearing both the gold Fluke and yellowfin tuna chains...just in case!!!:)

I got to get back out and give it a shot before the season ends. Maybe I can get an eleven pound fluke this time and not that small 10 that just missed the July pool :eek:
