Its been a ruff year trying to get the right shark.
But we finally got a Mako Thursday.*
Our first.
great learning experience.*
Fish tipped the scales at 125 lbs and just under 6 feet.
We had one Brown Shark early and the Mako soon after.*
Got 20 miles out of Debs/Jones inlet at about 830 and had 1 Brown caught and the Mako boated by 10:15 AM.
Brown Shark took a bluefish Filet and the Mako took a Mackerel.
Videos arent the best but you get the point. lol
