What a difference a "drift' makes, we had a cooperative good NW wind 10-15 kts. We started the morning fishing along the beach, right from the "get-go" we had action. What a difference a day makes, from our first drift it was good to see nice keeper fluke come aboard, along with a mix of short fluke, On each drift, we had keeper fluke "jumping on your hook". Kirk from West Windsor NJ, had his limit by 10:30 am, "nice fishing Kirk".. Drifting conditions were good in the morning, but it slowed down a little in late morning. We moved to fish over structure and mussel beds in a little deeper water, We had a nice 6 1/2 lb. come over the rail plus some nice quality fluke . The drift picked up again, and to finish off the day, we moved to fish along the beach again to continue with the action. Overall it was a decent day of fishing, Some went home with 3-4 , some went home 2-3, and some 1-2 keepers. Join us tomorrow for another nice day to be fishing, We leave at 7:30 am .
