NOAA forecast whenever!!

I'll give you the forecast from NOAA which should provide current conditions regardless of the day.

Winds 5-60 kts in your face. Wave heights 1-20ft. There....that's just as accurate as they've ever been.

Best bet is pick your day and unless it's obviously blowing a gale...gas up and go. Worst you can do is fish protected waters or get out of the house for a few hours farting around the marina.

Windguru dot com has on average been more accurate than anything else I've used.

NOAA is horrible.... Hell, even a broken clock is right twice a day :D

Wind Guru is much better although not perfect either. At least the are right more often then they are wrong.

For those of you who don't know, look up and you will see a tab and down arrow for Resources.... Click on it and then Wind Forecast and that will take you to Wind Guru.

Glad I've stuck to my guns about going when I said I was going this year....too many false reports last year kept me from fishing.....a couple wise capt calls this year that I agree with but for the most part the reports have been....waaaaayyyyy off!
