Here's a Pig I pulled out of the weeds last weekend on a jig from Pompton Lake! This might be my largest bass! I wish I weighed him but I think it is my PB LMB.

That's a nice kayak.

The bass is a pig. When you see that "hump" behind their head you know it's a heavyweight.

I always carry a tape measure with me. After I measure the fish, I can just look up the weight on a length-weight chart.

Thanks everyone I enjoyed every second of that fight. Damn fish was pilling my 13 foot kayak around a little!

Nice fish- Pompton has some monsters, i fish there a lot since I live 5m down the road.
The lower part of the lake has been better for me lately.

There are a few good ones on the internet.
This is a quick one, but it doesn't take the girth of the fish into account:

This one is probably more accurate because it makes its calculation of the fish's weight using both the length and the girth. (I usually forget the measure the girth anyway).
