Bluefishing was pretty good again today. We are still fishing the same area 8 miles from Brielle, and the blues are being caught on jigs.
Everyone caught fish today with a number catching their limit and releasing more.
The Ellis Harrison party from Newtown PA caught 92 bluefish between them.
The pool winner was:
Cesar Cosme from Piscataway NJ with a 5LB Bonito caught on the last drift of the day.
Recent pool winner:
Amad Nast from Staten Island NY with a 3.5LB bluefish.
Last night fishing was tough but, fishing has been good on most night trips and every day trip last week, through today.
The big Jamaica is scheduled to sail every day at 7:30AM & Every Night at 7:30PM.
