Had team "Blind Squirrel" (Dave,Henry,Glenn,Brian,Larry and George) Made our way out the inlet in the mix of the "Shot-gun" start...Pulled away from the pack and headed to the north, had a good pick of solid fish. As the wind and drift picked up we headed back south to pick away before weigh in... Our biggest of 12 keepers went 7.2 for a 7th place finish (out of 184 or so boats)... It was a great day lots of laughs and a few "nuts" found... A awesome bunch of fisherman. Met "Shrimp man Steve" thank you for the inlet photo and congrats on a great catch... Capt. Eddie

What a great day, what a great tourney, what a great BBQ/fishermen's reunion :)
It was a privilege to fish with such a well dressed group of Squirrels. Thanks again Henry for the shirts. And traveling to our spots at warp speed was a trip !! We even found a few acorns. Congrats GW on getting us in the money
And a shout out to Tourney winner Greg Heiser and his Pennsyltucky crew (9.5 lbs). They have always supported our RFA non-catching trips and proved today that they've got game.
And kudos to Fish Stix and Stelli/Wayno who finished tied for second place (8.2 lbs).
Fishing in the morning was lights out as I boxed three 5+ pound fish in less than 10 minutes. Then the relentless South wind came on ruining everyone's stellar conditions. With the wind from the South, the Flukies shut their mouths.
I now have a new favorite fishing shirt; everytime I wear it I will remember this day and smile. Thanks for the post Captain Ed, thumbs up to mate jimmy too :D

Was a pleasure being part of this crew. Capt Eddy has a great reputation as the "Fluke" guy and was even better than advertised! Mate Jimmy always on top of things and very knowledgeable
Andrea's Toy had us way North in 25 minutes from MI:eek: Smooth comfortable ride for sure and great tournament boat. You know you are on the right stuff when end of day your Bucktails are down to bare metal.
Congrats to George for putting us on the board. He was on fire all day and landed our 7.2. Larry (after he mugged the bow:D ) caught fire as well landing some real beauties. Henry provided the other heavy lifting with some real quality fish as well. Fishing with Fin Reaper Glenn is always great and Larry son Brian rounded out the crew where everyone contributed.
Great boat, best crew and now we are on the board watch out for those BLIND Squirrels cause here we come next year.
Congrats to Mike Sharkbite 2nd place and the Heiser clan for taking the dough. Some real Karma there for Greg, Chris, Harry and crew as these guys always give back to the sport and are some damn good anglers.

What a day, beautiful day and and a great group of guys. I was given a lesson by George on the first drift. I could not get a hit, on the other hand, he couldn't miss. Then Larry moved up to the bow with us and proceeded to put on a clinic for 15 minutes. Finally got my game, landed many shorts and 3 quality fish.
Enjoyed the company, (wish I had ear plugs, ha ha) and had a great day. the bow ended the day beating up on the stern. Capt. and mate very helpful always available,
In 50 years of boating in this area it was my fastest trip to that spot ever, awesome ride, still trying to recover. Got home didn't move til work today.
Looking forward til next year
Dales thanks for the invite to join in.
