Just wanted to express how pleased I was today at Eyes On First. Went in to get a new pair of Costa sunglasses. After being shown all of my options, by the owner, Jamie, we found a pair that I loved, Tuna Alley.
Jamie's expertise and knowledge and wide selection really made it a very pleasant shopping experience.
Jamie, I hope your business thrives with the help of njfishing.com, Chris the supermodel:cool:, and your superior service, it almost has to!
Thank you very much,
TimM

Dropped my brand new glasses and scratched the lense already,
what are my options to repair?

Don't know what the options are. But just take the ride and bring them in. Had a pair of blackfins that the rubber was coming off the arms and under the lens and they replaced everything but the lens.. Jamie will hook it up.

I also purchased a pair of Tuna Alleys from Jamie. They are awesome! Jamie also helped me receive a new pair of Fathoms as my old pair had defective lenses just for the shipping. They went through hell for 3 years prior. Jamie defenatly runs a top notch business and is very accommodating to her customers.

Thank you for the kind words and great review Tim! It was so nice to meet you and I am thrilled we found you the perfect pair of Costa's. I appreciate you making the trip to my store all the way from Succasunna, there were certainly a lot of other places you could have went to that would have been closer. I truly appreciate your business! Have a great weekend.

Are they Costa's? If not, what is the brand and I can let you know. If they are Costa's, you can send them to their warranty department and they can replace the lenses at a fraction of the cost of getting a new pair. Unfortunately scratches can not be removed, you are going to need new lenses. I would be happy to send them in for you and help you with this. Give me a call at the store 732 291 3937 or stop by if you are local.

Hi Jamie

Came across guy this weekend who had a pair of costas that looked really sweet. He said model of glasses were called Hammerhead. THe were greyish in color with silver streaks running through them and blue lenses. Do you carry this model and how much do they run? Let me know

Yes, the model is the Hammerhead and the color is called Silver Teak. The Hammerhead is a large to extra large fit. What he was probably wearing was the Hammerhead, Silver Teak, 580G(glass) Blue Mirror. The cost for those are $249.00. I have that frame color in stock but with 580P(Polycarbonate) lenses but I can order whatever you want. You can customize the Costa's to really whatever frame-frame color-lens color-lens material combination you want. My recommendation would be to stop by and try on the frame to make sure it fits before you order anything. Please let me know if I can answer any additional questions or help with anything else. You could also call me at the store 732 291 3937. If I am not here, Susan can also answer any questions and order anything you may want. Have a great weekend!

Will have to come in and try them on for size. Not sure if they will fit as my head is not as large as others on this site.

Costa repair department is usually a 4 to 6 week turn around time. Unfortunately we have no control over this. One option is to live with it until the off season another is to buy a back up pair. Can you say Happy Birthday to you? Jamie is out this week but I would be happy to help you pick out something great! Susan:cool:
