we left the dock this morning at 6:30 am with the tom calvo party, also on board were friends rosemary, brennan,ian, brad and richard, we headed to the ambrose where this group started to bang away at the fluke many short fish which were released but also landed 5 quality keepers 1 fish at 3/12 lbs 1 fish at 5/1/2 lbs and the big fish caught by tom came in at 6/1/2 lbs, the weather was really nice compared to the last week or so warm but not oppressive and drifting conditions for the most part were very good, this was a very good group of anglers some using bucktails others dragging bait who fished hard and enjoyed there time on the water.
