salmon river area

Does anyone have any experience with any other streams or creeks by the salmon river? There's scriba creek, fish creek and probably a half dozen more. I've even heard there whitewater rafting close by.

Any of them any good? Access points? My cabin is in Amboy and I'd like to fish a couple of them when I'm up there. Too much water, so lil time.

You wanna mostly fish them right after it rains!!! Bunch good spots too just remember any stream connected to the lake is going produce all the salmon know is to go go go uptream and there will be steel and browns behind them, south sandy,north sandy,oswego, fishcreek,oak orchard and many more. All good spots and access too

As for the whitewater rafting they run several weekends each year on the Salmon River provided they have adequate water in the res., but there's also some pretty hairy runs to be had on the Black River downstream of Watertown.
