Need recommendation for rod holders

I have a cruiser and I mount a pair of the fishing rod holders on the rails around The stern of the boat. I had them for about 10 years. Looking to get a new pair. The drawback of my current holders is that I have to remove them each time after the use so I can put the canvas on. Is there any clamp-on rod holder which maybe rotated so I don't have to remove it completely?

These are made by Tigress and you should be able to find them at most marine stores.
