Well after all the SHARK reports of BLUES around last week on Saturday nite I decided to take a bit of a ride to the east. Conditions were tuff we only picked a couple fish and lost some but it was a sign. Yesterday Capt Rich and I decided who ever went out next on a day trip would check it out again. Capt Rich drew the short straw. Arriving at the grounds Capt Rich decided to put it on a drift and had 4 BLUES on rite away:D The rest of the day we picked and plucked some on bait and some on jigs . We also mixed it up and tried anchoring conditions were tough with wind against the tide but still managed catch some and loose some. It was a good sign of BLUEFISHING FINALLY ! I will be back at it in the morning  Capt Rich will follow up with more and pics later

We looked over a lot of ocean today & we were able to locate & CATCH the Bluefish. We picked at the fish with shots of 3 or 4 on at a time.

The fish were in the 8 to 12lb range and most were caught on bait.

Now that we have an area that we can go directly to tomorrow I think the fishing will be even better.

See pic's below
