Will it have to come to that? Big blues reported 60 miles off. Limit 60 people @ $100-$125. Several area PB's fast enough to do it in 3hrs. Would think with the way bluefishing is now they would sell out in a hurry. Plenty of great options out there even if no blues show up.

I've been sidelined the past month with some personal issues but i'd sure be interested in trying something offshore if it was offered.

all the gator blues you want 60 off .
Saturday you could see them coming a half mile away after a tuna spread

That's what I'm talkin' about! Hell, the PB's were burning close to 30 miles all told last month just searching for pee wees way N & NE. Might as well charge the extra $$$ and get the payoff with big fish. Who knows, maybe they get lucky and bump into some on the way. If the mountain won't come to Mohamed.......

I am pretty sure he is dead serious. Sad it has to come to suggest something like this. I wonder if partial refunds or future discount discounts would be expected if the blues were not found out there

Dead serious. Go out there for $100-$125 on a straight shot doing 20 or so vs. ending up off of Riis Park or the Rockaways for (maybe) some pee wees on a regular trip riding for over two hours doing 14kns? And like you say, it's bluefin grounds too with other options. Lot more attractive then local bottom fishing.

I don't know what else to do dude, just a suggestion. Desperate bluefish times call for desperate measures.

Yes he is dead serious.. Got some die hard bluefish guys... Only thing is I highly highly doub they would do that trip just for the yellow eyes.. 20knots on a pb? Yes some are that fast but y run that hard ? Idk... I'm getting kind of boated with fluke too. Had a trip to the promised land for Tom off block for bass, but captain called and said fishing has been terrible last two days and that he said it wasn't wort me coming.. Luckily I know him and have fished with him before,as to y I got that heads up.. Point being as much as I love it.

You don't even have to run that far, just hit up Gator ledge!

I'm pretty sure a couple of Party boats ran East today so lets wait for the results. No matter its worth a look. +-20 knots easily doable (barring mechanical issue) for many of the party boats, It is tougher on the engines and you do burn more fuel. when fishing a local run not a big deal if its 45 vs 55 minutes to the Mud. when going further the speed difference is noticeable and makes for more fishing time when its needed. Hopefully the fish are there. and yes some of us really enjoy bluefishing
