FISHERMEN/July 4th Fluke Fishing....

Spent most of the morning trying to find a nice line of fish to stick with and pound. Tried the ocean with only a few Sea Bass and small Fluke.
Searched out a new area and found the life I was looking for!! Very nice action for a few hours on fish up to 8 1/2 pounds.

Vinnie "Vintastic"lead the way with 4 nice fish in the cooler, a bunch of shorts and the pool fish at 5 1/2 pounds for most of the day.....4 in a row wasn't in the cards as a young man fishing on the side landed a beautiful 8 1/2 pounder taking Vinny down! Lou, one of my deckhands had his twin brother out with us today and he also landed 4 very nice fish.
Some nice Sea Bass also in the mix.

Great day on the water, it was nice to get out of the bay for a change!!!:)

WELL I GAVE IT MY ALL LOOKIN FOR A FOURTH POOL IN A ROW ON A PARTY BOAT THIS YEAR,THINGS WERE LOOKING REAL GOOD HAD THE POOL FISH FOR A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME, AND THEN THIS YOUNG KID THAT NEVER FISHED A DAY IN HIS LIFE HOOKS UP TO GRAB THE LEAD,I WORKED MY ASS OFF TRYING TO GET IT BACK,TIME RAN OUT AND MY STREAK WAS ENDED:( STILL A GOOD DAY OF FISHING AND CANT WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN,THANX CAPT AND CREW... BY THE WAY I JUST HIT A 100$ RUBOFF AND THE NEXT TICKET I WON 20 MORE;) KARMA:eek:
