Been a pretty good week of fishing, of course conditions are key especially for the novice fisherman though the hardcore are catching some limits whether the drift is too slow or too fast.
Pool winners have averaged between 4 1/2 and 7 lbs pretty much every trip.
A 7 lb 7 oz Fluke was caught Monday but was an ounce shy of the monthly leader, Gene Alexander Jackson, NJ with a 7 lb 8 oz flattie
Jess Eastburn nailed a 9 lb 4 oz Fluke last week but was not entered in daily or monthly pool.
Hot producer of late is a hi-low set up with 1/2 oz bucktails and a 3 or 4 oz egg sinker for extra weight. Tipping the bucktails with a strip or two of squid.
