This year my school participated in the Dyker Relay For Life (New York) and it was a truly amazing day. Being a survivor it had a totally different meaning for me but was a life changing event that helped raise over $205,000. Attached is a luminaria that was part of the closing ceremony that someone donated in my honor.
If you ever want to give to an organization or be part of a life changing event stop by a relay and spend some time.
