6/24/13 long island fluking

Went out today with my dad and my cousin on a non sponsor party boat out of Hampton bay. The fluke fishing today had a lot of action. High hook on the boat was 4 keepers caught by my dad and I had 3 keepers with the biggest for both of us was 22 inches. The last two hours of the trip we went for stripers and only 2 keeper stripers were caught. Overall today was a good day.

Awesome trip. Captain James and crew worked hard. Nick and I had steady action all day. My nephew had an awesome nap. Can't wait to try my luck just west of the motherland again. Gonna shoot for mid July.

When i red the report and saw picture i thought to myself that the dad in picture looks like Ryan. I guess I was right:)
